The BlakBoard Initiative is an Aboriginal-led Leadership, Management and Governance capability model delivered through the NT Indigenous Business Network (NTIBN) — the recognised peak body for Aboriginal business in the Northern Territory.

The strength of the BlakBoard Initiative is not just the support provided.

The Initiative is designed so Aboriginal businesses and organisations can access practical, trusted support when they need it, while also being connected into a broader Aboriginal business ecosystem backed by NTIBN’s advocacy, relationships, networks and economic development infrastructure.

As the peak body for Aboriginal business, NTIBN represents and advocates for the needs of Aboriginal businesses every day across procurement, policy, employment, enterprise development and economic participation.
