NTIBN BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of the Northern Territory Indigenous Business Network (NTIBN) is pleased to announce the formal appointment of Naomi Anstess as Chief Executive Officer.

Having served in an interim capacity, Naomi has consistently demonstrated strong leadership aligned with NTIBN’s values and strategic direction. An Erubam Le and Gumeroi woman, born and raised on Larrakia Country, she brings extensive executive experience across the defence, construction, education, business development, and Indigenous affairs sectors.

Naomi is a recognised leader in Indigenous economic development, driven by a clear belief in self-determined wealth creation as the foundation for long-term opportunity and choice. Known for her values driven, outcomes-focused leadership style, she combines strategic clarity with a genuine commitment to people and culture.

Naomi’s ability to unite stakeholders, lead with purpose, and foster a respectful and empowering workplace positions NTIBN strongly for its next phase of growth.

The Board thanks all applicants for their interest and looks forward to working with Naomi as NTIBN continues to strengthen and champion the Blak Business Economy in the Northern Territory.
